The wait is extremely long for the service. No one greets you as you enter or makes any mention of how long the wait is. It's confusing to all patrons when those with appointments walk right in and get seen without a wait when you have been waiting 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging you. It makes people frustrated and antsy. The space was dirty. We will absolutely not be back.

We usually get very good haircuts from Cookie Cutters, but this time we received one good one and one bad one. I didn't realize it was bad until we got home. The front of my 8 year old boy's hair was very slanted. I took a picture, but I have not downloaded it yet. It is just terrible.

We have been coming to Cookie Cutter Kids for a few years now, and always have a great experience. Today our stylist was Cory, and she has been our favorite. She was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain what she was planning on doing with my daughter's hair, before she did anything, and made sure it was what my daughter wanted. She was great with my daughter and she was wonderful to talk to. Thanks again for the great service.

Our stylist was very understanding of our 3 year old's fear (tantrum) during a good portion of the haircut. She was able to keep him fairly calm most of the time and introduced us to using the clippers. Minus the meltdown of my child, it was a successful trip. Of course, the slide, the balloon and the sticker helped make him feel better afterwards:)

Adelyn donated her hair. Any other place the cut is free but here they charge full price and do not ship the hair for the client. In addition, they rushed her hair cut because they schedule every 15 minutes. Her hair is not cut evenly and she has to get another hair cut to correct this! She presently has a tail.
