Salon was dirty, especially the bathroom. Was told our appt was at 10:45 but when we arrived they had us down at 10:30 and said we were late and would have to wait or come back later. They did accommodate us after I complained, and haircut was good. Overall not a great experience.

We love Dannie at the West Chester store. She is friendly and does a great job. We have had hair cuts by other employees, but Dannie is the best by far. i love to see her with my kids and chat each time. The kids love the seats, videos and suckers. They haven't had any balloons or cookie cutters for a couple years now at the store, so we miss that part. Overall Dannie keeps us coming back.

The lady that cut my sons hair was rushing because they were busy. She did not take off as much as I requested. She knocked my sons ear and he ended up screaming for most of the cut. I don't think I'll be back

The Hairdresser Michelle was wonderful, and so sweet, she did a great job entertaining and cutting my daughter's hair for the First Time, she also gave me tips and offered me great products to use! I definitely recommend Her services!
