Hello, Tracey who cut my sons hair did a very good job on his haircut, however, at the end of his haircut unbuttoned the cape and the hair went all over my son. He had hair everywhere. As I explained to her that it was extremely rude to do this to a child she reacted that she did her best to provide a good haircut. As I explained she did do a good job on the haircut I also went on to say that you dumped all the hair on to his clothes. She explained she was never taught not to do this. This has happened more than one time by your employees. As for all the other children and my son as well, you have some extremely rude employees and they also look terrible in their appearance. It seems for $22 your staff would look more professional and especially act professional. We will not be back. I also have pictures and I would also like to speak to a manager. I do have an email on file and will reach out. Thank you, Maggie

I was very impressed with all the workers. Not only the girl who cut my daughters hair but another child with disabilities was having their hair cut and was clearly having a hard time, they were all very patient.

Sam was AWESOME! It was my daughters first haircut and she was amazing I will definitely be back!!

Trisha is a fantastic hairdresser - she listens to our needs, gives suggestions based on her experience and is open to feedback. She is meticulous and makes my son feel at ease during the whole process. She is fantastic!
