Hair stylist was a bit rough with our child because she wasn’t very tall and kept forcing him to sit back. Just felt as though it could have been a bit less rough on our child.

Environment today was very chaotic. Children who were waiting were running beyond the sign and into the hair cut area. Kids were hitting one another while another child gathered all the balloons from the balloon tree and carried them all over the store. We were waited on 20 minutes after our scheduled time, 30 minutes after arriving at cookie cutters. The stylist seemed confused, almost annoyed, that all my 3yo needed was a bang trim.

we absolutely love trisha. she’s the only one we go to. she’s so calm and patient. she’s very good with our boy that doesn’t like his head touched.

The service was great! Our stylist was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We had no wait for our appointment time and everything was efficient. My only complaint is that the facilities could be cleaner. We were the first appointment of the day, the second kid through the door, yet the car "chair" was pretty dirty and the little play area was COVERED in hair clippings. The people are fantastic but I had to sweep other kids' hair off my kid when we left.

Trisha was and always is great! The previous haircut was not blended very well and Trisha could tell right away. She was super thorough and double checked every section to make sure it was even and blended!
