All we wanted was a trim for his picture day and she cut it short. Megan always listens and does what we ask. Unfortunately she wasn’t there to schedule an appt. We won’t make that mistake again. Maybe talk to Misty about doing what was asked and not what she thinks is best

The cost is steep for what it is. We come every few months because its the only kid friendly setup within a decent drive. We would definitely come more if the price wasn't so steep, adding in a tip is like going out to eat at a restaurant. I get its for the maintenance of the salon but those little cars could use the upgrades along time ago.

Everything was good with the experience. My only complaint is that we waited 30 minutes despite having an appointment. We did request a stylist, however I wish they would have just asked if we were willing to go with another stylist since we were in a rush.

Baby is 6mon old and had her first haircut yesterday. Alyna did an amazing job. Kept her calm. And distracted her to get the haircut down quickly and it looked great! We love everyone here. They all do a great job.

Summer is great with my son. He hates getting his haircut but she is calm with him and quick at getting his hair cut.

I was quite upset by the number of children screaming in terror during their haircuts. Perhaps if the child is screaming before they even get in the chair that it should be suggested to try another time. Also the place needs a deep clean and the gumball machine is disgustingly filthy. I can't believe that any parent would let their child get a gumball from it.
