We have always been pleased with with the service at the West Chester, OH location. It seems a little pricy for a kid cut but I guess that is the cost for having people accustomed to working with wiggly kids cutting a kids hair.

Megan always does an amazing job on my sons hair. I am glad to have her as his hair dresser. The person answering the phones & checking people out has a lot to be desired. She barely Spoke and completely ignored those waiting to check out until she was done checking others in And answering the phone. Multi tasking didn’t appear to be a sting suit. She could have been polite And said she would be with us in a minute or five!

Alysha was very helpful and she did a perfect job, She was very patient and did a nice hair cut for our 18 month son.

Could be a little cleaner. He loved the airplane he was in but there were chunks of hair stuck all in it. Would have bother me pre Covid as well.

We are always so happy with Jaimie! She is very kind, patient and does a great job with our boys' haircuts. She is so fast too! It's incredible how quickly she can work and still do an amazing job. My only suggestion would be that I wish they would do a better job of cleaning off the little cars that the kids sit in. There is always quite a bit of hair on them from previous clients (even if you are the first appointment in the morning). This is nothing against the stylists or employees at all. Just a suggestion for management that they might consider investing in a more thorough cleaning company (especially at a time when cleanliness and sanitation is so important).
