Theresa is very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. The stylists are all amazing but she is not pleasant at all.

I called and booked my appointment with a specific stylist but that stylist did not perform my services and I was not informed (ahead of time or day of) that she would be unable to.

I was early for my appt time for all three kids but the salon managed to get them in early. I was appreciative. Friendly staff.
