We were literally two minutes late to the appointment. I called at our appointment time to say that we were pulling into the parking lot and Theresa, who answered the phone, was not the nicest. Honestly she was rude. Then when we walked in we went to sign in. The balloons are right next to the sign in sheet and my son was teaching for one. He started to cry because he wanted one and I asked Theresa if he could have his balloon before his appointment instead of after it. She made a face, hesitated, and you could tell she wanted to say no. She max up an excuse that hair would get on the balloon. Like what? I told her I didn’t care and she reluctantly let us take one. During the whole process Theresa was just rude and uninviting. If it wasn’t for our amazing stylist Misty, we probably would not be returning. However, Misty was incredible, worked through my son’s tantrum, and was so kind. I would highly recommend her!

Ms. Vicki was so great. Such a sweet person and did a great job with my 3 year boy and 5 year old girl. Another lady cut my older daughters hair and she was quite the opposite. I would definitely request Ms. Vicki next time.

As a walk-in, I knew I'd have to wait for our favorite stylist. The woman working the desk was great about letting me know the wait was going to be extra long because of how booked she was and suggested she could get me in faster with a different stylist. We decided to go with someone else, and she did a very nice job, but made me a little nervous with her shaking hand in combination with her quick scissor cuts around my child's face, and her repeated "don't move, okay?", even though my child was basically motionless... Again, the haircut turned out fine, it was just a little nerve-wracking for a first experience with a new stylist.
