I paid for my son to get a cut and shampoo thinking it would be a cool little pampering for him and some one on one attention for him since he just became a big brother and has been doing so well with sharing mom and dads attention. As he was getting his hair cut it felt like the attention was not on him and it felt rushed as if it was her last thing she had to do for the day before she got to go home and just didn’t care anymore about her performance. After getting his hair shampooed she ran the towel through his hair for two seconds and left his hair still wet. Didn’t put a comb through it or try and get any of the hair off of his clothes or neck. I’m honestly really disappointed with the cut, the service, and the experience for my son.

Juana cut my sons hair. She was very rude and wouldnt not even turn the tv up for him. He was told he wasnt allowed to pick where he wanted to sit. When we got to the seat where he was told he had to sit it was covered in hair and so was the floor. She made no attempt to clean it up and made my child sit in a dirty chair. We drive 40 minutes to get his hair cut so it can be an enjoyable experience but I was extremely dissatisfied with our visit this time and not sure if I will bring my children back

All we wanted was a trim for his picture day and she cut it short. Megan always listens and does what we ask. Unfortunately she wasn’t there to schedule an appt. We won’t make that mistake again. Maybe talk to Misty about doing what was asked and not what she thinks is best

Hair stylist was exceptionally rude to my child. They barely cut his hair and was dismissive of anything he said. The experience was horrible.

When we walked in it smelled just like a dirty diaper or old moldy clothes! The receptionist was great but my son had an older woman who was short with darker hair and she was so rough and saying “cmon dude” I have come to cookie cutters since he was 1! HES 3! I’m Pretty sure her name was misty… 0/10 she cut my son’s forehead up as well and he screamed while getting a hair cut mind you he’s never cried before! He was crying so hard his lip was shivering…. Then she threw so much baby powder on him he was drenched in it. It seemed like she was just in a rush to go home or something but she shouldn’t have took that out on my son!

Upon arrival we waited an additional 10 minutes after our original appointment time. Hair stylist never introduced herself or said hello. Picture shows bald spot obtained at the salon in an attempt to “fix it” instead of cutting all of his hair shorter. Not very friendly. Found out her name was Misty as I was checking out
