Our appointment was scheduled at 1030am on 1/6/2018. It was my sons first haircut and I read online abt the "First Haircut Experience" before making my appointment. We arrived at 1015 am and signed in. The young, blond girl at the desk was rude, short with us and not friendly at all. The brunette woman who actually cut my sons hair was pleasant and kind and was done in abt 5 minutes with his cut. She did a good job with him and with his cut. During the check out the young, blond woman continued to be rude and short with us on our way out. The "First Haircut Experience" was not an "experience" at all. You should at least provide a little 8x10 "certificate" with their first haircut as a keepsake, especially for the fact that after my tip I paid $20 for a 5 minute "experience" that overall, I wasn't that impressed with. I would not recommend Cookie Cutters nor will I be back. I will take my son to my Stylist at Salon Lofts where I get fantastic treatment and she did well with my other sons first haircut.

Both of my sons had the same appointment time. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for Jullian to be see. My other sons hair was not the way I wanted it cute.

I was a little surprised to see that none of the stylists were wearing masks. At my adult salon the stylists are wearing masks and urging clients to do the same. The woman who cut my oldest son's hair was terse and open-mouth breathed in his face the entire haircut which ended up lop-sided. We've been coming there for a while and I'm thinking it might be time to find another salon.

front desk lady wasn't welcoming at all

We love our stylist Trisha, but the service of the front desk staff is horrible. What is the point of setting up an appointment time, arriving 10 mins early and still have to sit and wait 40 mins to be seen?! Why does a walk in just get to get their haircut before us?! This makes zero sense to me. I’ve written horrible review after horrible review about this place, yet no one seems to get in contact with me. I no longer want to come to this establishment. I want the money I bought in credit back. I love our stylist, but am not willing to wait over 10 mins to be seen when we scheduled an appointment.

The lady who cut my sons hair was extremely rude to us and she definitely judging us because he had alittle bit of cradle cap, he is only 8 months old so of course he might have some and she was judging us because of how young he is well he was born was alot of hair that gets super out of control but she did do a good job on his hair.
