The location was clean, but the hairstylist that assisted us was not very friendly. She was getting frustrated with my child and started being snappy with me. It surprised me since that salon is used to serving children, but the hairstylist seemed really impatient and like she just wanted to get out of there. My child’s haircut came out ok for the most part, but the area around the face was uneven. I will have to trim it myself which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a professional cut. Overall, the stylist was the one that really affected my experience. I’d give the salon another shot, but will make sure to schedule with a different stylist.

As my son is getting older the experience is a bit different. I'm unsure if my son will stay still for his new cut, although this last time he was extremely hyper, moving around and not comfortable with getting lined up Elsy didn't let that challenge her! Which is why I always come back :) All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is absolutely Sebastians go to for lollipops while getting a nice cut. Thank you for making every visit fun!

I am so impressed with cookie cutters! The main reason I keep coming back is because of Ely. She is just the best and helps make the cut so quick and easy for my autistic son who isn’t a fan of haircuts. She always does such an amazing job with the cut and I will refer her to everyone I know. She is amazing!
