We have been to one other Cookie Cutters back in our hometown, and so the bar was set very high. Unfortunately, this location was a zoo, and was not enforcing any COVID protocols to help mitigate the risk for the little kids in there. Luckily, we asked our person to wear a mask, which she did, but there were way too many people inside and way too many people without masks. Would not recommend going back.

Not impressed again. I’ve noticed boys haircuts look very nice and professional but for the second time, my daughter left with bangs that looked like an 8 yr old had cut them. I should’ve said something before we left but I was frustrated. I had agreed with the stylist that bangs above the eyebrow would be great…but when I looked she had cut them about an inch above her eyebrow. Too short for me to fix at home. They were crooked and honestly looked like someone just cut straight across. My mom was also there and said the Stylist was flat and not good with kids. She noticed that she didn’t seem to enjoy her job and barely acknowledged the tip that my daughter handed her. My kids love the atmosphere but I honestly can’t return. I could do a better job at home and I’m definitely not even that great with hair. The other stylist was nice and fun and did a great job. It’s not every stylist that has been horrible but I have had one or two that have ruined the experience for me.

Booked an appointment with a specific stylist but then we were seated with a different stylist. She did a very quick haircut that isn’t bad necessarily but didn’t feel as thorough as we’ve had in the past.

My son complained of pain a couple of times during his haircut today which he never does. Also despite using the usual guard numbers, they must have had the clippers on it a long setting because his hair cut was not as short as usual and there was an entire side of his head that was not blended well. This is not what I expect from cookie cutters and for the price we paid.

Maria was not helpful with our 2 year olds haircut today. They were very busy and she seemed to just be in a hurry to get us out. She blamed his head movement for taking a chunk out of the back of his hair. She also cut his bangs all uneven and he looks like Lloyd Dobbler from Dumb and Dumber. When done all she said was “sorry” and shooed us along to the check out to get her station ready for the next person.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the appointment and the place was empty. Annoying because you text me at 4:30am to confirm my appointment and wake me up. Also was supposed to be $23 Tuesday cut and the lady said she didn’t know how to ring it up so charged me full price. It a good experience compared to previous ones.
