I booked my appointment online. I received an appointment confirmation via email. When I showed up for my appointment, on time, I was told that I was not on the schedule. If you are requiring people to book their appointments and follow up with a separate “text” confirmation- you should probably share that information somewhere. It would have been helpful to understand what you are requiring from your clients before I showed up and was told my appointments were not booked. A good place for this information would perhaps be in the appointment confirmation email that you send out that mentions NOTHING about you canceling someone’s booking if they don’t text you. Your protocol is unclear, unprofessional, and not appreciated.

Usually we come here and it’s a great experience. Unfortunately we got a new lady today, I’m not sure but I think it was Maria or something, and this time around it was not good. She was forceful, impatient and a little rough. She left quite a few cuts on the back of my sons neck. I feel terrible because he kept telling her “ouch” and “that hurts” and she was still forceful. I’d like her to realize that she’s working with kids and to be more gentle. I think next time I’m going to request one of the other girls who usually work on his hair.

I am a big fan of your establishment and have brought my kids for all their haircuts. Today, I just felt like the hair stylist did not openly discuss or provide much insight at all into what her plans were for style of cut. I intervened multiple times to make my suggestions, without prompt. Also, I had asked her to cut 3 inches off and maintaining a length of at least 1 1/2 in below shoulder. My daughters hair is resting on her shoulder/slightly above.

Was left waiting for over 45 minutes until I finally asked what was going on. When we finally got sat down, they didn’t ask my daughter what chair she wanted and got taken to a black standard chair which defeats one of the biggest draws of going there. The lady that actually cut our hair was nice and did a good job. She tried to rectify issues of front person as much as she could but overall not a good experience.

I appreciate that your salon takes advanced appointments. Our stylist was very skillful. I appreciate how quickly she completed a very good haircut. However, I don’t know that we ever really understood each other. My 4-year old grandson was not his most cooperative today. So being quick was very important. Thx.
