Lady who did my 2 year old son’s hair was not accommodating. She asked me what I want for his haircut and when I told her, she seemed confused and looks like she was on a rush when I’m trying to explain. She looked like she didn’t want to cut his hair because she didn’t wanna deal with my son’s crying. This is only our second time having his haircut so he’s still not used to it hence why he was crying. When I told the lady to shorten the back, she looked at me like I’m stupid and told me she haven’t gotten the back yet with an annoyed tone. Overall, I’m not pleased with the service. The haircut doesn’t look like a professional cut either. The first time we went here, different lady but the same attitude. We will not come back.

Horrible service and good haircuts. From check-in the service was the worst I have ever had at a hair place. Staff was argumentive and rude. The hair cuts were cute. Poor service details. I had two 1 PM apt and was 3 minutes late (my three-year-old had a meltdown in the parking lot). One of my appointment was moved. My daughter was already in the chair and in a caped by 1:05. When I asked why my sons appointment had been moved I was told it was because I was over five minutes late. I showed the front desk person my phone that it was just 1:05 and they had started on my daughter’s hair. I said how could I be five muites late when it is just five minutes past my appointment time now. She said I am not going to argue with you. You were five minutes late and your appointment was moved. My hairstyles said the front desk person had been there for two years and is getting yelled at often. I would recommend ownership send her to customer service training on how to desolate situations. This is the first time I have been in an argument over a two minute Differances. I was late and my appointment was moved. That is on me and I can accept that being argued with over incorrect information is not acceptable.

This was an awful experience. I made an appointment and was 10-15 min early. We were standing there as they literally took a walk-in and had us wait until 10 min after our appointment time. Then the manager gives us a $2 discount for a $25 7 min haircut. We won’t be back.

In terms of service this was the worst haircut experience hands down I have ever had. The stylist cutting Isaacs hair was TERRIBLE with children. She had no chemistry with him or myself as a parent. She gave no directions and blamed everything everything on Isaac and ourselves and not her terrible ability at dealing with a child. At one point she literally ELBOWED ME IN THE CHEST instead of saying excuse me when walking around me. She did not apologize for this at all. I want to be contacted about this so I can know what her name is so I can make sure I NEVER REQUEST HER AGAIN. I do have to say that all my other experiences at Cookie Cutters have been great but this experience truly makes me question if I will return. - Chance Moyer

I went to Cookie Cutters Scottsdale location for my daughter Swastee’s haircut. Carly did haircut for Swastee, she was very rude and unprofessional. She said she doesn’t have time and had to attend other customers in between our daughter’s haircut. Overall it was a disappointing experience, not visiting again for sure. Also, won’t recommend it to others.

Took both my sons in for a haircut. They both have gotten the same haircut the last few times both the same as the other. My oldest sons hair was longer on one side so we went back the next day after thinking we could style it and it would be OK. The stylist was told we wanted the same haircut on both boys and we would like it evened out to look like his little brothers, she said she cut it that way intentionally and it was the style she was going for and there was nothing to fix. She called it a hard part. When we got home I did my best to fix it. Weather that was the haircut she was trying to do or not it's not what we wanted and she should have just evened it out when we were there. We will not be returning
