The person who cut our son's hair was a bit apathetic. Our son was having a hard time and she didn't try to help the situation. Hair was falling all over his eyes and mouth further upsetting him and she didn't bother to clean his face up. I asked her to please clean his face and she just rubbed his face with a towel not really attempting to clean him. It was just really upsetting and I thought about not even tiping her.

We took our 3.5 year old to get his haircut today and our hair professional was AMAZING. I feel embarrassed that we can’t remember her name, but she was brunette, had a splash of green in her hair and was patient and calm with our little man. I’ll be honest and say our little man was not wanting to get his haircut today. Our hair artist had quite the task cutting his hair through his crying, but she did an amazing job. She was quick, and beyond understanding and just lovely. We are so grateful for her! Thank you so much!

Didn’t have a great experience. The lady that cut my sons hair was new and didn’t have enough experience. The haircut was not what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the cut I had hoped for, but due to inexperience, she ended up having to keep cutting it shorter and shorter. At the end of the day, it’s just hair and it will grow back, however, when you make an appointment at a salon you expect to have an experienced professional cutting hair. I wish I was told prior to her cutting my sons hair that she was new.

The woman who helped me was very distracted the entire time. She was talking with the other stylist about not having enough people there and they both ignored me while she was cutting my son’s hair. I tried making conversation with her and she didn’t even notice because she was listening to the other stylist on the phone. I understand it’s hard when people don’t show up to work but it made me feel like she wasn’t paying attention to my son’s cut. She didn’t interact with him or try to make him smile like other stylists have done previously which is why I drive so far to come here. All the other TVs were on even though no one was in there but my son so it was very noisy. I will definitely be trying to come on a different day since Fridays are obviously bad days to come in.
