I needed to take my son to his first hair trim (keeping it long, but orderly and neat) and from start to finish the staff of Cookie Cutters were professionals and knew exactly how to keep my son (3 years old) occupied and comfortable. I would return in a heart beat.

Ely has been cutting my sons hair for 5 years! We do not live in the area anymore but still make the trek to come see hee every 6 weeks. She is so sweet, talented, and always remembers our son. She’s a gem of a human and he has never shed a single tear getting a cut from her (even at 1 year old!). Thank you Ely!

Lina is very patient with my 4 yr old she takes her time and always makes sure he’s happy and comfortable while getting his hair cut . I definitely recommend her

This is the second time I take my kids with Lina !!! She is very kind and always makes sure she sure the kids walk out of there looking sharp

Hairdresser was very quiet and didn’t engage with my son. Seemed upset when I told her how to do his hair. We will not be using her in the future

Lady who did my 2 year old son’s hair was not accommodating. She asked me what I want for his haircut and when I told her, she seemed confused and looks like she was on a rush when I’m trying to explain. She looked like she didn’t want to cut his hair because she didn’t wanna deal with my son’s crying. This is only our second time having his haircut so he’s still not used to it hence why he was crying. When I told the lady to shorten the back, she looked at me like I’m stupid and told me she haven’t gotten the back yet with an annoyed tone. Overall, I’m not pleased with the service. The haircut doesn’t look like a professional cut either. The first time we went here, different lady but the same attitude. We will not come back.
