During our appointment an employee with purple hair became upset about her check and was yelling and swearing around the store for about 5 minutes. This employee was not cutting my son’s hair and the rest of the staff attempted to calm her and apologized to us, the customers, but my 6 year old daughter was very upset. We’ve only been in twice and I get this is not a typical experience, but was a bit off putting and wanted you to be aware.

My biggest challenge with this place is that you always have to wait 15-30 minutes past your appointment time.

We love to come here with our kids. The girls working there always give their best to provide the exact haircut we want. Always happy with the service. That’s why we keep coming back here.

My son's hair looked great, I just feel that $25 for basically a very small trim was too much. The atmosphere and staff were lovely and very fun.

The salon is clean and the staff is always friendly. I do think its a little overpriced for the amount of time it takes to cut my 2 year old's hair but its kinda worth it to have someone else do it.

Great haircut place for kids. They’re friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The place especially caters to little kids under 5. There’s a small playground for them in the waiting area, and various themed chairs to sit in (Batman, airplane, fire trucks). To cater to older children and extend their clientele a bit, I would add Xboxes or something similar for the older kids who game. I have two boys, ages 5 and 7. They have a few games on the TVs, but it’s a limited selection. Maybe also keep a little freezer nearby and sell dip and dots or ice cream for an after-haircut treat. Anything to “sweeten” the experience ;)
