At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease.  Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

We have used Cookie Cutters for several years and love it! Always enjoy going there. Usually have awesome, Ely and had free time on a Monday and got in with Erin!! Erin was so wonderful as well to my daughter! Great hair place!! Even buy extra hair items from them! :)

Our stylist was amazing and so sweet, she explained why she was cutting her hair a certain way. Also I had accidentally scheduled our appointment a day later and didn’t realize it but they still took me in and I didn’t have to wait so I appreciate that. All the employees at cookie cutters went above and beyond making, we will definitely be back!

I booked my appointment online. I received an appointment confirmation via email. When I showed up for my appointment, on time, I was told that I was not on the schedule. If you are requiring people to book their appointments and follow up with a separate “text” confirmation- you should probably share that information somewhere. It would have been helpful to understand what you are requiring from your clients before I showed up and was told my appointments were not booked. A good place for this information would perhaps be in the appointment confirmation email that you send out that mentions NOTHING about you canceling someone’s booking if they don’t text you. Your protocol is unclear, unprofessional, and not appreciated.

Both of our sons are severely autistic and we would never go anywhere else. Jacket is the absolute best, but all of the stylists have in turn been exceedingly patient with out boys. So glad we found them.

We decided on Cookie Cutters after searching high and low online for a kids hairdresser. Turns out, they are alot harder to find than you'd think. Anyways, after reading the reviews and comments, we decided to try Ely at Cookie Cutters and our experience was wonderful! There is a mask requirement, but the salon was fairly busy on a Saturday, so if you are strict with covid, maybe go a weekday when it's less busy. Even though there were quite a few of adults and kids present they did a great job of getting people in and out fast. Ely did a fantastic job working with a first time family. She distracted our son and moved quickly, so an 18 month wasn't sitting for too long. When it came time for the hair trimmers, she showed it to him, so he wouldn't be startled. We were please and will definitely go back!
