I booked a morning appt specifically to get the discounted rate. I didn’t realize I had to book a certain way in order for the discount to be applied. I asked for an exception since I’ve never received the discount before and didn’t know. She said no and I had to pay full price which I was disappointed by. I now have the app and will book that way in the future but felt that a loyal customer like myself should have received an exception in this scenario.

This is a nice, clean, and fun location for my child's haircut. I really appreciate how there is one person assigned to greeting customers, answering the phones, and cleaning up work stations. It really kept the operations efficient. I appreciate this as a parent as my child's haircut appointment ran on time and the hair stylist was not distracted by having to greet customers or answer the phone. Thank you!

Tori was great!my child's first haircut was a good experience. The cost is a little much for a 1 year old with not a lot of hair. However the staff and environment we're awesome.

The ladies were very helpful and thorough in cutting both my 3year old and 17 month old’s hair. There was a bit of a wait and only two stylists there but we didn’t mind waiting because they were so great with our kids AND both gave wonderful haircuts.
