Ely was wonderful with my children. My 4 yr old loves getting her hair cut and enjoyed this experience just as much as any other she has had. My 2 yr old was upset that she didn’t get a hair cut. Ely put her up in the chair with a cape on and styled her hair for her. I will definitely be back again!

We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and ended up waiting 25 minutes until we were called back. That was a long time to entertain 2 young kids in the waiting area. Once we sat with the haircutter, Charlotte, everything went very well. She listened to my requests and we love the cut. My son has thick, curly hair and she did a scissor cut of his whole head which was appreciated instead of clippers. His cut looks cleaned up and cooler, but she maintained the beautiful curls. The shop was extremely clean and the employees cleaned constantly. Overall, we had a good experience!

The last 2 times we visited owen got the haircut i asked for Today he left with exactly the opposite of what i wanted. Its been cut too short in the front so now he has bangs and it camt be fixed.

We have been customers that were very satisfied with our experience on 2 other visits, however, this time was not good to say the least. They were over 40 minutes behind, and when I checked in there was no warning that they were behind. In fact, I was told I would be next because the people before me were late and that meant they would take me next. However, there was a dramatic family event happening in the parking lot between two mothers that further delayed their process. Instead of asking them to reschedule or wait they took them ahead of me. Then the people who were late showed up and they also took them in front of my son. Meanwhile I am trying to entertain a 2 year old while we are waiting. No one ever said we are behind or would you like to reschedule but instead kept telling me I was next. Then 40 mins after our appointment time the haircut starts. She is in such a hurry she totally misses my sons hard part on the side. So now he has two parts very close together. And she kept dropping the hair in his face, eyes, and mask. He kept trying to wipe his eyes and was moving around and she just kept doing it. He is very good for his haircuts and sits very still normally. No apologizes for the wait or the terrible haircut. We will not be back.

I think all the team should wear a mask due to Covid and since they are working for kids. I think is important.
