Both of my kids get haircuts My son gets a hair cut every 2months. My daughter only once a year. I always request Ely for good service. However, last time it was horrible. I asked her to fix my daughters hair from one side because it was uneven and she refused. She said she had other clients. My daughter was moving too much. Then she said I could come a different day to fix it. I don't live close by, it takes 40min to get there so coming back was not an option. Ive waited longer when it's been my time so she can finish her client. It would not have taken her too long to fix. Now, she lost not one but 2 customers. I also recommend my nephew to this place. He is also a customer.

Arrived on time for our appointment and were left waiting 30 minutes until called back for the appointment while other kids who arrived after were called back immediately. If you’ve ever waited that long with a toddler, you can understand the frustration and annoyance, especially with the lack of communication. We were never given estimated wait time and after being called back, it felt as if the stylist was rushing through the hair cut. On top of that, there were no styling notes in my child’s file even though they have been there numerous times. Very poor experience and one that I felt wasn’t even remotely worth the price. We’ve gone to other cookie cutters and have never had this experience. We will not be returning to this location.

Our appointment was at 9am and we got there a little before. The two ladies there seemed extremely bothered by this. I let them know it was no rush and that we had just got there a little early. My son was not a fan of the hair cut but to make it even worse during this was how frustrated his stylist was getting towards him. I had a great experience with the stylist I had before but this was the WORST and I won’t be back. Yes my son was not enjoying the cut and making it hard but there was no effort to try and make him or myself comfortable during a stressful situation aside from letting us know how inconvenience she was. My son is two years old. I was charged 40.00 for hardly a cut. Your site says you understand it is difficult for young kids and you try to make them feel comfortable. Not the case. Will never be back.

My children’s haircut were with Ely and Lauren. I felt that Ely rushed through the haircut and didn’t focus on details and was just interested in getting to the next customer that was waiting. She used clippers even though I prefer scissors. Lauren did cut my child’s hair without using the clippers which I appreciated. However, Lauren didn’t know how to style his hair properly where the cowlicks were and the hair was sticking up in those areas. I had never noticed my son having unruly hair in these spots until today. Also, Lauren did a sloppy job in shaping the at the back and behind his ears. I had to request multiple times to please cut more evenly and straight. Ely also didn’t put the time needed to obtain precision and neatness.
