Sadly, our Regular Stylist Irene wasn’t available; therefore we had to go with a different stylist & our experience wasn’t too pleasant. Irene is very patient and warming dealing with my son with special needs.

We had an 11:00 appointment for our son. Because of the construction in the parking lot we had to circle in the parking lot and because our child is only 7 months old it took a couple of minutes to get out of the car and into the salon. We walked in at 11:03 and waited in the line at the counter. When we got up to the front we were told that there was a 5 minute late policy. “What time is it?” I asked. The girl at the register told me it was 11:06. When I asked if she was seriously going to cancel our appointment for the sake of 1 minute even though half of our 6 minute tardiness was due to the line, she told me that if we wanted she could get us in at 11:45. Unbelievable. After some arguing with my husband, she finally agreed to let us keep our appointment, but we felt like the whole experience was pretty negative. However, the woman that cut my son’s hair was fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about how professional she was and how well she treated my son. His haircut looks great and she really saved our experience! It’s too bad that the counter experience was so bad. We drove 20 minutes to come here, but probably won’t be back because of the initial hassle.

My son had his first haircut recently. I was disappointed to see there was not an appropriate chair for a baby under a year old. I believe there was only one booster/baby seat available and someone was already using it. If you see on your schedule that a baby is going to get a haircut, then you should make sure you have available chairs for a baby. Otherwise, book the baby at a different time if the seat is taken. Our baby was wobbly the entire time and obviously he didn't feel secure in his seat. He was moving way too much which terrified me as the hairdresser was cutting my son's hair. Overall, I was very disappointed with our experience. I will probably not be coming back.

Great place. Very busy. I'm glad I had an appointment. My one complaint is that my son's haircut is not what i asked for. My request was pretty basic. We like the shaggy look. I wanted my son's hair to be trimmed just a little bit. He now has bangs in the middle of his forehead (they were below his eyes when we went in) and there is a definite "stair step" look. Thank goodness it's just hair and it'll grow back but if I go back, i won't be using the same stylist, that's for sure.

Stylist was super friendly and kind, but my daughters hair is completely uneven. I don’t even know how to fix it without taking another inch off. Very disappointed.
