Lety is amazing with our little one! She is very patient and knowledgeable! My husband to the little one somewhere else (closer to home) to get it cut, and they messed up, BAD! He ended up looking like Ace Ventura! SO BAD! But Lety fixed it as best she could and it looks SO much better. Now my husband knows better and we wont go anywhere else! Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Sunset Valley Cookie Cutters!

Prior to coming to Cookie Cutters we had experiences at other salons where my kids were scared, crying and upset. Getting a haircut can be kind of scary but at Cookie Cutters the staff and the environment make it welcoming and fun. My kids have not had any issues and in fact they get excited about going because of the lollipops and the cool chairs. :) Their cuts have always looked great and the stylist always listens to my requests or concerns.

We had a phenomenal experience with Adel. My toddler HATES haircuts and was literally screaming and tantruming for the whole haircut. The team at Cookie Cutters took it in stride and Adel was still able to give him a fantastic haircut despite the squirming. She reassured me that it was normal and gave me tips to help for next time. I wish we lived in Austin, we would be going to this salon at every opportunity!! Thank you Cookie Cutters for making a painful experience into a somewhat pleasant one :)

Adel is amazing, very gentle and sweet with our son. She's great at asking him questions to keep him engaged and remembers us and what we like.

We love Adele!! She is super patient with Olivia and we finally found something that works for her. She does a great job talking to her and keeping her entertained when she cuts her hair. She's a feisty 2 year old but Adele is so good with her! Super happy customer & mommy!
