Very clean, even witnessed an employee cleaning the playscape with antibacterial after a busy morning with many kids. I haven't seen that at Snipits or Kool cuts. My son was laughing the whole time and had an amazing experience. Highly recommend trying it out!

It was a stress-free and easy-going environment. The hair cutter kept our 3.5 yr old engaged while carefully introducing new things like the powered clippers.

This was my child's first haircut and it went beyond smooth. Later that evening she said she wanted to go back and get her hair cut again and again that same night. Such a fun experience and sweet owner and stylist! We will certainly go back and I'm tempted to set myself up for a mom cut the next time my kid is getting a cut!

The owner and staff are wonderful. My kid normally throws a tantrum but the staff creates such a wonderful experience from the cool seats to pick from,Netflix, organic pops, balloons, bubbles , and prizes. He actually sits and doesn't cry at all. When this location on Brodie 1st opened they had bubbles in a bottle before they got the bubble machines, the Owner was so wonderful she literally stood in front of my sceptical 2 year old and blew bubbles for him the whole time. I absolutely love this place and so does my son. He gives them hugs and kisses when he leaves. He's now excited to go get a haircut from Letty!
