Great place. Very busy. I'm glad I had an appointment. My one complaint is that my son's haircut is not what i asked for. My request was pretty basic. We like the shaggy look. I wanted my son's hair to be trimmed just a little bit. He now has bangs in the middle of his forehead (they were below his eyes when we went in) and there is a definite "stair step" look. Thank goodness it's just hair and it'll grow back but if I go back, i won't be using the same stylist, that's for sure.

Stylist was super friendly and kind, but my daughters hair is completely uneven. I don’t even know how to fix it without taking another inch off. Very disappointed.

I think the hairstylist need more experience on how to talk to kids and set them at ease. Our stylist for today’s visit didn’t seem very interested on trying to calm my 4 year old’s anxiety when when cutting his hair with a trimmer. She was rushing as well.

The older lady didn't seem confident in her skills. My daughters hair is now shorter than ever but has no shape to her hair now. Over all it was a great first time visit.

Haircut was fine - not amazing but not as bad as we've had other places/in the past. For some reason it's just really really hard to get a good boys' haircut.

We came in for a bang trim today, andher bangs ended up being way too short. She didn't dry her hair, so it wasn't until we got home that we realized just how short they really were. Next time I'll use try a different stylist there for my. Daughter.
