This is the first time that I am disappointed with the haircut my son received One side is well blended, the other looks like she tried to fix it but was definitely clipped more than the other side. We asked her to correct it and she said she did but its definitely not evenly blended and it will definitely show up on pictures.

My daughter received an awesome haircut today by your manager. I guess another stylist was having issues with a child's haircut so Lety had to walk away from my daughter several times and leave her unattended in the car. I did get up a few times to go stand next to my daughter to make sure she didn't fall out but I don't think you can trust a young child to stay seated. I'm not sure if this was more on me or the stylist. Not sure if I'm supposed to stand and hover while my daughter gets her haircut but i certainly don't want her face planting into the floor. This situation has never happened before but I don't want anyone else's kids to be left unattended. You have signs at the front that say not to leave your children unattended on the play equipment but for one parent and multiple children it will be hard to be at both the play equipment and next to th child having their haircut. We love your salon and just want a safe experience for everyone. Thanks

This was our second time to this salon and we have loved meeting each of the owners! They are both personable and interested in learning about their patrons. We had a great experience the first time with a young stylist who engaged with my 2 year old son and put him at ease with bubbles, suckers, and balloons. I have told my friends with young children to check this place out!

Haircut was fine this time. The hair stylist was nice and stayed in a good mood throughout the session. My daughter had a haircut at your place about 6 months ago and it was less pleasant. The hairstylist, 50 to 60ish Hispanic woman, was not in a great mood because my daughter's hairs were tangled. I understand her frustration, but I paid extra for the tangled hairs. She kept complaining about the tangled hair throughout the session. It was my daughter's first haircut experience and I was concerned how her bad mood affect my daughter's perception on haircut in general. She also talked with her coworker in Spanish during the session. While I usually don't mind people talking in a foreign language during business, I wondered what she was talking about considering her bad mood.

It was a stress-free and easy-going environment. The hair cutter kept our 3.5 yr old engaged while carefully introducing new things like the powered clippers.

My daughter loves getting her haircut here. She always has fun and is excited to go. The staff is attentive and accommodates my request to shorten her bangs past what they would normally do. I got my haircut this last time too. The stylist was quick & efficienct. Plus, my daughter didn't mind waiting since she could safely play.
