I live about an hour away from the closest Cookie Cutter location and it is worth the drive. My 3 year old has sensory issues and gets anxiety around loud noises. Lety, at the sunset valley location is the bomb!! She made my son feel so comfortable and confident. I swear by Cookie Cutters, I will never get my son’s haircut anywhere else. Request LETY!!!! And tip generously. She deserves it. You can tell she loves her job and kids. And if she doesn’t you can’t tell! If you want your child to be in good hand and have a great experience I highly recommend the Sunset Valley location in Austin and request Lety!

What a wonderful place and a fantastic experience! Trying to get our toddler's haircut can be a real ordeal, but Cookie Cutters not only made it painless, but fun!!!

I think the hairstylist need more experience on how to talk to kids and set them at ease. Our stylist for today’s visit didn’t seem very interested on trying to calm my 4 year old’s anxiety when when cutting his hair with a trimmer. She was rushing as well.

Our son has been very afraid of haircuts the few times we’ve taken him. Lety and the staff at sunset valley were accommodating and understanding. This will the only place that we take our son to for haircuts based on the fantastic service we received.
