We have been here 3 times and every time has been great. I recommend this place to all our friends and non have been disappointed. The staff is great and extremely courteous. We love Cookie Cutters!

Extremely pleased with our visit! We were a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and were very happy to wait (less than 10 min!!!!). We will definitely be back and will tell all our neighbors about our experience. Thank you!

This was the BEST experience for my son Wyatt! So much TLC given to really do a great job and make him feel comfortable! We have been trying to get his long dreadlocked tangles cut for years and FINALLY - after a very thorough conditioning on the firetruck and lots of patience my little boy is SO happy and proud to have a stylish new hairstyle! We arrived late in the day an kept them past closing but they didn't rush. Such a great experience!!! :)

I was really disappointed with my experience at Cookie Cutters. When I booked the appointment, I was not told that if I arrived more than 5 mins late, the appointment would be pushed back. I was 8 minute late (because I was driving around the shopping complex looking for it). We then had to wait another 20 mins, by which time my toddler was getting cranky. I asked the stylist to keep the hair long on top and short underneath. She did not do this cut at all. The haircut is not what I wanted. I also felt that she was very impatient at times. She did not help me to turn on the tv or pick a show to watch. I had to keep asking her how to do it as I was trying to scroll around the menu and keep an eye on my son. All in all, it was a stressful, disappointing experience.
