My daughter received an awesome haircut today by your manager. I guess another stylist was having issues with a child's haircut so Lety had to walk away from my daughter several times and leave her unattended in the car. I did get up a few times to go stand next to my daughter to make sure she didn't fall out but I don't think you can trust a young child to stay seated. I'm not sure if this was more on me or the stylist. Not sure if I'm supposed to stand and hover while my daughter gets her haircut but i certainly don't want her face planting into the floor. This situation has never happened before but I don't want anyone else's kids to be left unattended. You have signs at the front that say not to leave your children unattended on the play equipment but for one parent and multiple children it will be hard to be at both the play equipment and next to th child having their haircut. We love your salon and just want a safe experience for everyone. Thanks

My son got Ashley has his stylist last night and she's awesome. The cut was the best we ever got at a salon (Brodie Lane in Austin, Texas). And she was sweet to my son. Love this salon and will never go anywhere else. And love that we get an appointment and never have to wait, which is pretty awesome with two little ones in tow.

Ordered the 'babys first cut' with appointment. The haircut was ok, but it was difficult to get picture or certificate completed. Had to wait 20 minutes after cut was finished to receive picture and certificate. Was told we "really don't have to get certificate if we don't want". Don't sell a marked up "package" if employees are not trained or prepared to provide.

Letty did an AMAZING job on my son's fine, thin hair that can look really bad when cut without skill. We will definitely bring him back to her again! I have been anti-kid hair cut places until yours, it really is kind, easy, very clean and worth it!

Everything about our experience with Cookie Cutters was easy and enjoyable. It is a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff that sets children right at ease. The haircut was quick, professional and most importantly looks adorable. There was a variety of ways to keep the kiddos entertained and all the children there were happy! Thank you for the excellent experience...we'll be back!
