Lety did an awesome job. She was friendly, communicated with us through the whole experience and even spoke to my baby in Spanish because that's how he's most comfortable. The environment is great and the quality is awesome. I've taken my son to other local kid salons and while the experience was ok, the haircut didn't wow us. At cookie cutters they exceeded our expectations. Staff is friendly, location is clean an my son got a balloon.

Everyone was extremely welcoming, professional and patient! While our 17 month-old indeed screamed and cried giant tears, he was in and out of there in under ten minutes, with a great haircut to boot! We will be back, that is for sure.
