My little guy loves this place. I mentioned a haircut over a week before we booked an appointment, and he reminded me he wanted to go everyday. "Haircut, pop pop, and airplane, please!" Our stylists have always been very kind and patient-even when my son was less aware of the routine/rewards and screamed like a wild man while twisting in all directions. This past visit, my stylist made great suggestions about what to do my son's hair and it turned out pretty cute! We all left happy!

My daughter loves getting her haircut here. She always has fun and is excited to go. The staff is attentive and accommodates my request to shorten her bangs past what they would normally do. I got my haircut this last time too. The stylist was quick & efficienct. Plus, my daughter didn't mind waiting since she could safely play.

It was a stress-free and easy-going environment. The hair cutter kept our 3.5 yr old engaged while carefully introducing new things like the powered clippers.

Haircut was fine this time. The hair stylist was nice and stayed in a good mood throughout the session. My daughter had a haircut at your place about 6 months ago and it was less pleasant. The hairstylist, 50 to 60ish Hispanic woman, was not in a great mood because my daughter's hairs were tangled. I understand her frustration, but I paid extra for the tangled hairs. She kept complaining about the tangled hair throughout the session. It was my daughter's first haircut experience and I was concerned how her bad mood affect my daughter's perception on haircut in general. She also talked with her coworker in Spanish during the session. While I usually don't mind people talking in a foreign language during business, I wondered what she was talking about considering her bad mood.
