I have been taking my son to Cool Cuts for Kids since he was 1. Irene was amazing with him and we had always trusted her because she is caring and genuine. A few months ago he went in for his regular cut and she was no longer there so we had the manager cut his hair. I was so disappointed and upset - she was very abrupt and overbearing and his haircut was not what we are used to getting. Well it was time again for a cut and I had seen Cookie Cutters in passing so I decided to check out their website and see what they had to offer. To the most welcome surprise there was a picture of Irene along with 2 other ladies that I know are amazing with kids as I'd seen their work previousy. We set up an appt online and were greeted so graciously by the owner when we arrived that we knew that we'd found our new salon for both our boys. Irene was amazing as always and we are so grateful that we found Cookie Cutters. We will be referring all of our mommy friends to Cookie Cutters for their kids haircuts!!!

Lety did an awesome job. She was friendly, communicated with us through the whole experience and even spoke to my baby in Spanish because that's how he's most comfortable. The environment is great and the quality is awesome. I've taken my son to other local kid salons and while the experience was ok, the haircut didn't wow us. At cookie cutters they exceeded our expectations. Staff is friendly, location is clean an my son got a balloon.
