It took 2 over hours to do my lashes. When the tech was done, I couldn't tell I had extensions. I could have received same result or better with mascara. My lashes starting fallng out before I got home. All were gone within a week. I had paid extra $30 for refill, but there was nothing to refill. I called and explained to the tech, and told her I would not return for tne refill appointment. I asked her to do what they felt right about the extra $30. She said she could re-do. I did not have enough 2 hours as I was going out of town. I was so dissatisfied, I did not want a re-do. She said she would turn over to management. To this day, I have heard nothing. I had my lashes done on June 20th, 2019. I will not return to this salon, nor would I recommend to anyne.
