I was referred to Tamar by a friend when I needed a new place to have my hair cut and colored!!! I have been soooo very happy with the color and with the cut that she has given me!!! Aside from her expertise , Tamar is so very pleasant and fun!!! I love her stories of all her travels,which are many and the “Skylight” Frame on which I can see the many pictures of where she has been in the world!!! A truly wonderful experience!!!!!
