I gave an "8" rather than a "10" for "value". I admit to swallowing hard when I called, made my appointment and admit to enjoying the experience tremendously, my rating is because this is the most I have ever paid for a pedicure. As you know, I made another appointment, so obviously I am accepting that I need to accept new up charges for services. Ruthie P.S. I am not fond of surveys and hope that this will not be a regular experience for me. I totally enjoyed every minute of my time with Katty and appreciate the lovely atmosphere - nice music and a quiet, chatty experience.
