This was my first time visiting your salon. It’s adorable! I truly enjoyed my experience. The stylist was friendly and took her time with my son. We have never used clippers for his hair, so I requested a short scissor cut. When we left, it looked okay to me. But once it dried, there were a lot of uneven areas (especially in the back and around the ears). I know this is probably because it’s a scissor cut, but I am disappointed in how it looks, especially right before Thanksgiving. I don’t know if there is any way for me to bring him back to see if someone can fix it up a bit (willing to try clippers this time), but if there is I would appreciate someone giving me a call as soon as possible. My number is 408-649-4246. Again, this is nothing against the stylist or your salon. Everything seemed good when we left which is why I didn’t say anything until now.
