I usually have a great time with my kid at your facility but unfortunately today was not the case. My appointment was for 5pm. I walked in at 4:50pm. There was another mother who walked in with me. I don’t know her. I went to the counter first. Marita was there so I told her that I’m here for Riyaans 5pm appt with her. She checked me in and said I’m next and she will be right with me. She told me to pick where Riyaan wants to seat so we did that. The lady that entered with me went to the counter next. She was told that she hair dress left. She had an appointment with someone else. She looked frustrated. Mariya told her that she can reschedule her. After a couple of minutes Mariya discovered that the appt was under mom’s name and not kids name. No big deal. Here is what I did not like. Since the ladies hair dresser went home Mariya decides to go cut her son’s hair first. WHY? My appt was at 5. Why she got put in my slot just because her dresser went home? Total unacceptable! Riyaan and I are seating in those fancy seat just waiting for Mariya now while she is taking care of someone that did not have an appt with her. We waited 20+ mins while Mariya took care of this lady that did not even have an appt with her. Finally around 5:20pm Marita walked to us and said sorry for the delay. So I asked her. “Why didn’t she make her wait and took care of us since we had an appt and she didn’t”? To that she responded that the appt was under moms name and not the kid. I said sure but her appt was not with you! I was your 5pm appt not her! She said if the dresser leaves early their appt gets transferred to the once that are there. I said sure but don’t have to give my slot! I’m here seating with a 4 year old. It’s hard for me to keep my kid carm for so long and that is why I made appt. She did realize she made a mistake and apologized. I told her that in the future please serve the people with appt first before taking care of the once without any appt. I was very upset over this and I’m requesting management to put some light on this issue and to train staff better to how to handle this situation better in the future. Today was a very disappointing experience for me and my son at your company. Thank you, Kevin Sharma
