I know its hard but please keep being patient with kids. They come in all flavors and us parents bring them to you since they are not the easiest to take to regular salon. I have noticed in the past that someone was losing patience and getting physically aggressive with a 5 year old and it started to scare her a bit. Don't let it get to a point where kids don't wanna come back. You guys overall do great job, just sharing a way to improve further.
