My 2 year old is not yet used to haircuts but the stylists are always patient and willing and adjusting to his comfort which helps ease the process.

My baby is 9 months old and doesn't sit still for too long but the stylist (i think her name was Danni) was so patient and gentle with him. She did an awesome job and we loved my baby's haircut.

We visit with Claudia, and she is the absolute best! We have seen other stylists and they are good. The interaction, the genuine love and care she shows for my little one is amazing. My son use to scream and cry during cuts! This has changed due to Claudia! I cannot thank her enough!

Dannie is amazing! She was so patient with Mason and it being his first haircut. Also, the fact his hair easily matted up so it took a minute for us to brush it out. She made sure he was comfortable and having some fun.

This is the last time I come to Cookie Cutters. 9 times out of ten, the wait is no less than 20 minutes. What's the point of having an appointment if Cookie Cutters does not honor or respect the time set for the customer. Today, I was waiting for 20 minutes when a lady walked in and her child was seated right away. What the hell? Because it was just to trim her bangs? Come to find out she didn't have an appointment! Other families are sitting waiting and she gets seated. I couldn't stay quiet and had to speak up. I know all you care about is collecting people's money and truly don't care about our opinions, but consider making the appointments longer so people aren't left waiting. Again, you probably don't care about making customers wait. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm sure you don't care about that either but I'll make sure not to recommend and highly discourage people from visiting your place of business.
