Lupe is extremely rude. Even though we had made an appointment she was off-put that we would not make our toddler wait 45 minutes for her to fit us in. Consistently tells me I misspelled my child's name in the appointment, though I've tried to explain to her that he has a unique name and yes it is correctly spelled yet she insists on calling him a different name because of the perceived error even after explanations. We are definitely not a valued customer and will seek out other services for future needs.

I scheduled an appointment and Lupe took us back immediately and let my 2year old pick his seat. She was patient and encouraging towards my son throughout the process, as my son has sensory issues I was nervous for him. No buzz no hair dry per my request. Only scissors used . She did a great job and put on cocomelon to distract him. Thank you !

I missed the stylist names but she was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and very patient. Absolutely would go back to her again. My daughter and I were very pleased with the end result haircut. Great experience. :)

We have been going to Cookie Cutters for several years and have been pleased. Today was a different experience, while my grandson was in the chair the stylist left twice....once to answer the phone and the second time to greet and check in a new customer. (They did have a receptionist working at the time.) Both times she was gone a considerable amount of time. I felt this was rather rude and it left me with the feeling that our time was not important at all. I drive 30 minutes to get to this location but this may be my last time to make the trip. May be time to find another place.
