My son had a great experience! It was his first haircut and I was afraid he would cry and scream. The entertainment in the salon was perfect so he was easily distracted. I love his hair cut and I will be coming back for future appointments

My son absolutely hates getting his hair cut but today at Cookie Cutters we had a great experience. I told the staff that my son was difficult and they were going to have a challenge but the staff was very friendly and did not seems to worry. My son was reluctant at first but he sat down watched his favorite tv show, enjoyed the fire truck seat, and our hair stylist gave us a tip on how we could help my son with being afraid of the clippers, and it worked! So happy with the results, he finally has a great hair cut and is excited to go back. The balloon at the end was the cherry on top 😊 that made my sons day.

I brought both my kids in for a haircut. They both had long hair and we were showed them a picture of what style cut we wanted. My daughters hair turned out beautiful and the lady took her time but the lady that Di my son’s hair in the photo room half the amount of time and did not cut it the way we had asked for. We brought a picture of a prior cut my son had and asked for it to be done the same way. She cut way too much off the front and back of his hair. It is not what we asked for or wanted. When we got to the car my son asked why he didn’t get the cool haircut he wanted and I said it will grow back honey she just didn’t listen to what we asked for. We have got haircuts here several times and they have always done amazing but not today. I literally want to cry. At least it’s cold and he can wear a beanie till it grows out some.

Amazing service, they are super clean as well. Brittany always leaves my sons hair looking amazing.
