David was awesome!!!! The service he provided was professional and outstanding. My only compliant was the environment. There were two adults and two children not wearing masks or wearing them improperly and staff did not speak with them. This family was waiting. It made me uncomfortable, especially since the unmasked child (who was around 7) was running about the store.

A great experience for my sons first haircut. David really made my sons experience enjoyable and did a great job cutting his hair even though he was moving. He was very interactive and attentive to my sons needs. We can’t wait to come back and we will definitely be requesting David :)

Even though he was a difficult cut, the stylist did an amazing job! I do sincerely apologize how he acted and appreciate the amazing job she did.

Unfortunately I had to go back the same day to ask for a clean up of my 3 year old's cut. The first stylist was very quick and the cut was very uneven. It was almost like an undercut! Luckily I decided to go back and a more experienced stylist (Lupe) helped fixed it. The cut was shorter than I wanted after the necessary 2nd cut, but it looked much better. I love the location - it's cute and clean, and they give kids a balloon and a lollipop. But I would recommend asking for a more experience stylist when you book.

I really like the idea of a hair salon for children. I understand that it's not always easy to cut hair for a constantly moving kid. Both of my children had hair cuts today. Neither of them were seen by the stylist I chose online and when I arrived, another associate told me that the stylist I chose wasn't int heir system to being with. This is concerning to me considering I was looking forward to having that particular stylist cut my kids' hair as I had used him previously and was very happy. I know that things are subject to change, but I don't appreciate not being able to have the stylist I want. Almost Everytime I bring my kids, someone else is cutting their hair, not the person I've been trying to stick with each time. This time around their hair was cuts came out very choppy
