We had the best experience at cookie cutters in Natomas. We didn’t have an appointment but they fit us in no problem. It was my sons first haircut and to say he looked like a ragamuffin would be an understatement, he’s 2.5 and never had a haircut so it looked like a mop. Claudia did an amazing job I wanted to keep a little length and she knew exactly what to do. They even had a certificate with some of his hair and a picture of him with his “big boy” haircut. They were having issues printing the certificate but we left them our address thinking they would mail it, no someone from the salon hand delivered the certificate to our house. That is amazing customer service!! We won’t go anywhere else to have his haircut. I highly recommend Claudia and cookie cutters. Thank you so much for making what could have been a very traumatic day into one of the best experiences ever.

I forgot her name but I think it was Claudia, and I was extremely happy with the service! I called ahead of time to explain that I needed someone who could cut my son’s hair using scissors because he’s terrified of clippers. She did so amazing in making my son feel comfortable when she could! Lollipops and balloons helped. We’re def coming back and only requesting for her service. We are a bilingual household and I know my son felt safe and comforted when she would speak to him in Spanish. 100% recommend!
