Excellent service. They know how to keep my little one calm and do an excellent job. I dive over 30 monitors just to come here for the great service.

We had an appointment at 3pm, got there a few minutes early. There were a bunch of people waiting and only one person working. More people came in waiting. We weren’t really greeted or told there was an issue, but clearly there’s an issue when there are a ton of people waiting, one person working, and zero communication. When the worker finally came up to ring someone up I asked if there was anyone else working. She said yes she’ll be here soon. Waited more. After the person got rung up the one worker checked us and another person in. Didn’t communicate what was going on, how long it would take, didn’t apologize or anything. Just went to cut someone else’s hair. It was past the appointment time and we just left without a cut. The second worker who was supposed to be there soon didn’t come in within that time. A customer told us they were told there’s only two people working at the place right now in general. If this is true please update the online booking so you don’t get overbooked.

Another very successful haircut with my very anxious son. The experience only keeps getting better for him because Danni is so good at listening to what he needs and so they come to a good compromise. It takes time and she is so very patient. It's all paying off!

Dannie is awesome with my son, she really took care of his needs and what he dislike. She is so patient with my son I will always go to her.

Dannie is the best! We went to another location and weren’t pleased, but came to this location and Dannie had spectacular service.
