Once I walked into my local cookie cutter Hair Cuts for Kids and the lady in the front counter tried to explain that I didn't have an appointment with them when I already made an appointment online and she said no I didn't once again then gave me an attitude then handed me down to another employee to processed with my appointment. Overall the appointment went well the stylist named David was very gentle with both my 2 year old and 6 year old sons.

Both of our beauticians were wonderful with children. It was really cool that my son had a "guy" cut his hair- he was so great with him and gave an excellent haircut
