Vicky is amazing at what she does, and is very gentle and accommodating even through toddler tears. We have been going to Vicky since my son was 12 months old (tried haircuts at other places/with other people), and has always done an amazing job despite all the toddler wiggles.

My daughter had sideswept bangs, I asked for a small trim and her bangs were cut across with no blending or anything. Just straight across. They look terrible, are too short and not the style bangs she had before. I also specifically booked Claudia for my son because she does great with him but was given someone else despite specifically booking her.
