We were so pleased that you were open, weโ€™ve been coming here since you opened. i saw proper cleaning off all the hair cutting stations. I didnโ€™t see space markers for the line to pay, I think the wait room was really crowded and your one adult per child rule was not enforced. There was so many kids screaming at the top of their lungs, I understand that this isnโ€™t something you can control but it does make the environment less then pleasant.

The environment is very kid friendly and helps the kids feel comfortable. David really made my daughter feel special and this being her first haircut, he made sure to tell her everything he was going to do before actually making a move. She canโ€™t wait to go back!

I liked the baby first haircut experience. I know itโ€™s terribly difficult as they are so fidgety. The haircut itself was a bit messed up, choppy, and Luca kinda looks like Mark Davis lololololll!! But his hair is indeed cut, and out of his face. Everyone was super friendly, careful not to snip Luca, and very accommodating. We will be back and thank you all.
