I had a great experience taking my son, David did an amazing job cutting my son's hair. Even with a moving toddler around he didn't cry as much. Staff were respectful and kind to my son.

We arrived in the middle of a rush but staff was friendly and attentive. They graciously squeezed in a cut for my 2nd kid even though I only had 1 appointment. Manager kept close track of all the clients and checked in frequently. I could tell our stylist was a little stressed from the rush of clients but she remained calm and courteous.

Everyone is very friendly and they took my son in as a walk in. The only thing I didn’t really care for was my sons haircut it self. Since I was a walk in I didn’t have his regular stylist cut his hair and I felt like the lady that cut his hair wasn’t well educated with how to work with curly hair.

We arrived at our appointment 10 minutes early. I had booked the appointment with Claudia nearly two weeks ago, only to find out upon arrival she was not working. There were three girls working super hard with their own appointments. The best they could do was get my son in between the other appointments. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before hand. Waiting an extra 20 min with a toddler is hard!! After a long wait in a very crowded space it was finally our turn. We had Alondra, in the end she was worth the wait. She did an excellent job!! My only suggestion would be to add seating we had to stand. Also to notify ahead of time if there is a no show of staff with appointments. I know right now it’s so hard to find employees but there needs to be a cashier/receptionist. The girls cutting hair are having to do multiple jobs at once and they are frazzled, and rightfully so!
