I’ve always enjoyed taking my son here for his haircut. However, the last two appointments that I booked here did not go as planned. I was given a different stylist than the one that I booked. What’s the point of booking an appointment with a certain stylist and then given a different person to cut my son’s hair?

I have been coming to cookie cutters since it opened. They are still trying to get a set of stylist that fit into the salon. There has been a new manager every few months. The barbers/stylist are always changing. I have been unsuccessful in finding a permanent stylist for my son. Also I recommend making an appointment. I did a walk in and they told me 30 minute wait, and my son was seated 45 minutes later. Also be prepared to have stylist/barber to stop and help another stylist for a good 15 minutes, line ups are hard to do on toddlers. Other than that today was a decent visit.

The stylist was very nice and friendly, but every time I get my son's hair cut there. They seem to not do a very good job and I find myself having to go home and fix it. I'm no expert, but sometimes I wonder if they know what they are doing.

We love Dannie! They've become like an extended member of our family and my kids are excited to see them. We always have a longer wait than planned, but they try to get to us as soon as possible. The kids love the balloons and the lollipop, but a bit more of a play area would be great while we wait.

My son received a haircut from Marita. She did an excellent job and was so kind and patient. It's clear the salon is understaffed. Management should take steps to ensure adequate staffing and a better work environment for staff so they can provide a great environment for their customers.

Baby’s haircut didn’t turn out as expected. Looks unfinished but didn’t notice the flaws til we came home so we’re a little disappointed this time. We had a great experience the first time though with a different stylist
