Dannie was great. Very friendly and talked my son through everything she was doing. She also listened to me and what I wanted for him. This was after a bad experience with someone else a few months earlier. Looks like they've hired some great staff!

Our son is squirmy so we know it's not possible to get a 100% even cut, but the fade along the sides is pretty uneven.

This is a great little place to take young kids for their first haircuts. The lady who took care of my daughter was super nice and patient with my crying daughter. I am very happy with my decision to take my daughter there. The chairs are cute and they have several distractions they can provide.

Wait times we're a bit long and staff seemed to be calling names out of order. We realize it's busy season and back to school, so understandably they were busy. Once we were called, service was great. Excellent hair cut.

I’ve always enjoyed taking my son here for his haircut. However, the last two appointments that I booked here did not go as planned. I was given a different stylist than the one that I booked. What’s the point of booking an appointment with a certain stylist and then given a different person to cut my son’s hair?

I have been coming to cookie cutters since it opened. They are still trying to get a set of stylist that fit into the salon. There has been a new manager every few months. The barbers/stylist are always changing. I have been unsuccessful in finding a permanent stylist for my son. Also I recommend making an appointment. I did a walk in and they told me 30 minute wait, and my son was seated 45 minutes later. Also be prepared to have stylist/barber to stop and help another stylist for a good 15 minutes, line ups are hard to do on toddlers. Other than that today was a decent visit.
